Terms and Conditions

Processing Time:

Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes to physically print your order and does not include shipping time. Processing time is in business days Monday - Friday (except for observed holidays) and is subject to change at the shop's discretion based on order volume. We do not package or reply to messages on the weekends. Please check processing times in listings before ordering as cancellations will not be accepted. 

Please place 1 order for all your cutters. Multiple orders placed for 1 customer will process and ship separately in order to maintain a timely processing schedule. We can no longer combine orders and refund shipping costs. Please double check your carts prior to checking out.

Please note processing time and verify shipping address before checking out. Processing time does not include shipping time. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

All orders are shipped First Class Domestic USPS unless other method is chosen during checkout.
PLEASE NOTE- USPS FIRST CLASS Shipping is NOT an insured method of shipment. Pour Some Sugar Cutters is NOT RESPONSIBLE for USPS delays or lost packages. If you would like your shipping to be insured, please choose PRIORITY SHIPPING at checkout.

Returns & Cancelations:

All cutters are 3D printed for your order. Due to this we do not accept any returns or order cancellations.

If you receive a defective cutter please contact us by e‑mail at poursomesugar5729@gmail.com and we will work to replace the cutter in a timely manner.

STL File Downloads:

STL files are available for NON-COMMERCIAL USE only and is not to be shared, re-sold or printed for use by other people. 

Due to the variance in 3d printers and filament choices we will not be providing technical support or slicer software settings for printing the STL files. 

By purchasing this listing the buyer agrees to and is bound by the following terms:

  • The .stl files and design remain the copyrighted property of Pour Some Sugar, LLC.
  • The .stl files and design may NOT BE SHARED, REPLICATED or MODIFIED in any form.
  • The .stl files and design may NOT BE UPLOADED to any public share site.
  • The .stl files may be printed one time per design/size purchased.

Buyer may:

  • Print .stl file for personal use.

 

We draw our model files with the handle at the top. You will need to rotate the cutter prior to slicing for them to print correctly. We have a couple videos on YouTube with how to rotate the model.

Cookie Cutter Care:

Keep cookie cutters away from heat. This includes washing or soaking in hot water, placing near heat sources (stove or dishwasher), cutting hot cookie dough.

 

Fillaments Used:

All cutters are printed with biodegradable PLA filament. This filament is considered to be food safe since it is plant based. 

Cookie cutter colors are based on available filament colors. We use Hatchbox and AMZ3D PLA filaments.

 

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
